Below is a summary of the job description-Main duties:Reporting to the President of the UPC Court of Appeal and the Registrar, the Communication and Administration Officer will have the following duties:Communication tasks:Developing and implementing effective internal and external communication for the CourtDrafting UPC announcements and newsMaintaining the content of the website and publishing the UPC news and official documentsDeveloping and maintaining the corporate identity of the UPC Establishing contact with local media outlets, to regularly communicate on the UPC (not only in Luxembourg) and creating a list of media contactsMonitoring of media outlets (online and print) for articles on the UPCDeveloping and maintaining Social Media of the Court Collaborate with the Registrar on the Annual Report of the Court on the Communication partManaging the Communication budget of the UPC. Administration tasks:Assisting the President of the Court of Appeal and the Registrar in preparing UPC documents for internal and external usePreparing Administrative CommitteesDrafting legal texts and reviewing contractsManaging the e-library of the UPC Technical competencies:Master’s Degree in Communications, in Law or in similar fieldExcellent command of English and French, German is an assetProven work experience in a similar roleDemonstrate the effective use of the range of communication methods available: written, spoken, electronicExposure to a European/international professional environment, preferably in the patent fieldProficient in Pack office, content management systems and social media platformsKnowledge of e-library management system and in electronic resources as well experience in negotiating and managing licenses agreements is an added value Behavioral competenciesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalTime management skills, used to meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of a team in a multicultural environmentCompetency to prioritize multiple tasksTeamwork culture
