As you know the pre-selection procedure calling for expression of interest of candidate judges received an overwhelming response. Over the last four months the Advisory Panel has been working hard reviewing all the applications.
It is now foreseen that the Preparatory Committee will discuss their recommendations and should be able to approve a provisional list of potential candidate judges at its next meeting, to be held in early July 2014.
Those that submitted an expression of interest will receive individual letters in the weeks following the Preparatory Committee meeting (post-July). The timetable for the remainder of this work will recover over the autumn with the training activity to be commenced. The opening of the new training centre in Budapest and the recent adoption of the training proposal will now underpin the next stage which will help progress this work stream.
If you are at all concerned about receipt of your application please contact the Secretariat.
