Professional Experience in Intellectual PropertyHe has worked as an attorney in Swedish private practice firms, and as a commercialization manager in the patent assertion team of Ericsson IPR & Licensing. The transfer of standard-essential technology, including FRAND licensing practices, are topics of particular interest to Dr Hansson. He contributed to several legal commentaries.Anders Hansson has regularly been called to sit as technically qualified judge on infringement, validity and entitlement cases before the Patent and Market Court and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal. These national courts operate a system of mixed panels similar to that of the Unified Patent Court.
