Case Management System - New authentication and electronic signature - Update

The UPC IT team would like to inform you that due to the time required to acquire electronic IDentification certificates and physical secure devices (smart Card or token), the deployment of the new CMS login process, which is based on the strong authentication schema, will be postponed to the end of October.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that we will provide you with a documentation and an FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) that will guide you and answer to your questions regarding the new CMS login process.
