GERMAN Die Verfahrensordnung ist gem. Regel 1.1 VerfO in Verbindung mit Ziffer 4 der Präambel zur Verfahrensordnung mit dem erforderlichen Grad an Ermessen flexibel und ausgewogen anzuwenden, so dass das Verfahren möglichst effizient und kostensparend gestaltet werden kann. Mithin gebieten diese Grundsätze unter den Umständen des vorliegenden Falls die Durchführung der mündlichen Verhandlung in englischer Sprache, obwohl die Verfahrenssprache Deutsch ist und bleibt. ENGLISH Pursuant to Rule 1.1 RoP in conjunction with point 4 of the preamble to the RoP, the Rules of Procedure are to be applied in a flexible and balanced manner, with the necessary degree of discretion, so that the proceedings can be conducted as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Consequently, these principles require that, in the circumstances of the present case, the oral hearing be conducted in English, although the language of proceedings is and remains German.
