As from today, all opt-out and representative registration requests will be filed via the new CMS, while all other cases will continue to be handled on the old CMS. As previously communicated, a dedicated new CMS page has been established on the UPC website to provide you with practical guidance on how to use the new CMS. On this page, you will find training guides, a comprehensive FAQ, as well as video tutorials to guide you, step be step, on how to proceed with the different proceedings available. Follow the steps to set-up your profile (username & password) Should you already have an account on the CMS, it has automatically been migrated with all your associated roles.
