The current UPC Case Management System (https://cms.unified-patent-court.org/ ) is a test site, which allows you to exercise how to lodge a test Application to opt out a patent or to register as a representative prior to the sunrise period. When the sunrise period is imminent, all Applications lodged on the test site will be deleted. This means that you must lodge a new Application during the sunrise period.  If you wish to lodge a test Application to be registered as a representative the CMS is configured to keep all documents entitled "Proof of entitlement to act as a representative" confidential. All other information entered on the CMS as part of any Application, for example names and addresses as well as all uploaded documents, will be publicly available.
