UPC is pleased to announce that the first features of the new CMS will be live on Monday, 8 July 2025.  

In preparation for the data migration to the new CMS, please note that the current CMS will undergo a freezing period from Thursday, 3 July 2025 at 18:00 until Tuesday, 08 July 2025. During this time, the CMS will not be accessible. We kindly ask you to as much as possible anticipate and complete any urgent actions before the start of the freeze. During this period should you need to contact the Court in relation to a pending case or in view of filling a submission with a given division, please contact the respective division. 

Please note that as from 8 July 2025 all opt-out and representative registration requests will be done via the new CMS. 

To foster the adoption of the new system and providing you with practical guidance, a dedicated new CMS page has been established on the UPC website. On this page, you will find training guides, a comprehensive FAQ and other support resources. Additional training materials will be published in the coming weeks.
