Update on public APIs following launch of first phase of the new CMS roll-out Following launch of first phase of the new CMS roll-out, changes concerning access to public application programming interfaces (APIs) will be implemented As the Unified Patent Court prepares to launch the first phase of the new Case Management System (CMS) on 8 July 2025, certain changes will be implemented concerning access to public application programming interfaces (APIs).Currently, users can retrieve a range of information via the CMS public APIs, including: list of representatives, list of representative entitlements, opt-out linked to a given patent, search case, search case types and list of languages used in the system.From 8 July 2025 onwards, access to the following search endpoints will be discontinued: list of representatives, list of representative entitlements and opt-out linked to a given patent.Users seeking up-to-date information on representation and opt-out are invited to consult the UPC website directly at:Representation informationOpt-out informationThe following endpoints will remain accessible until the new CMS is fully operational: search case, search case types and list of languages.During the transitional period, these endpoints will continue retrieving data from the previous CMS.
