As the Unified Patent Court prepares to launch the first phase of the new Case Management System (CMS) on 8 July 2025, certain changes will be implemented concerning the filling of opt-out via API.From 3 July 2025 at 18:00, functionalities provided by the A2A APIs (sending opt-out requests, getting request status and retrieval of receipt) will no longer be available in the previous CMS.As of 8 July, those functionalities will be again available in the new CMS using a new API.More information such as user guide and JSON file will be published on 8 July 2025.For questions or further assistance, please contact us via the website contact form.
