Set with the interest of users in mind, a 3-month Sunrise period is starting today, before the full entry into force of the UPC Agreement on 1 June 2023.

As from today, an opt-out from the jurisdiction of the Court, as laid down in Art. 83(3) of the UPC Agreement, can be filed.

In addition, filing a request to become a representative before the UPC, as per Article 48 of the Agreement, is also possible.
