Please note the following improvement of the Case Management System-

In the context of filing a defense to an infringement action, it is now possible to file one counterclaim for revocation on behalf of multiple defendants (identified as “claimants” in the counterclaim for revocation). 

Further improvements to the Case Management System will be communicated in due time.
